In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context explicitly requires otherwise:

• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a specific promotion, which are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times that Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and payment verification process that zf777 may require a Player to complete at any time.

By creating an Account, you warrant and represent to zf777 that:

3. You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party. All Account activity must be conducted solely for your own personal entertainment.

5. You have not previously been self-excluded from any online gambling platform without that self-exclusion having properly expired.

zf777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including CNIC, passport, driver's licence, or bank statement — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by zf777 will result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete. Players found to have falsified documentation will have their Account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted a maximum of one (1) registered Account on zf777. Should zf777 discover that a Player holds more than one Account — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — all duplicate Accounts will be closed. Any balance held in a duplicate Account may be forfeited in full, and any winnings derived from a duplicate Account will be void.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zf777 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

All games and betting markets available on the zf777 Platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that game only.

Game Outcomes: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the zf777 Platform use independently certified RNG software. The outcomes of all RNG games are entirely determined by chance, and no strategy, system, or prior outcome affects the result of any future game round.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, zf777 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet for that round will be returned to the Player's Account. zf777's decision in such matters is final.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the zf777 sports book rules applicable to the specific sport and market. Voided events will result in the stake being returned. In-play bets accepted after an event's outcome has been determined due to a data feed delay will be voided and stakes returned.

Errors and Misquotes: In the event that odds, paylines, bonus amounts, or other material information is published in error on the Platform, zf777 reserves the right to void any bets or transactions made at the incorrect price or amount, return all stakes, and notify affected Players accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zf777 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity or credentials.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, cheating, or any form of collusion with other Players or third parties.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks via your payment provider after depositing funds to the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Depositing funds on behalf of, or sharing your Account with, any third party including family members.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising service to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward zf777 staff or other Players in any chat or communication channel associated with the Platform.

zf777 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, and never something that causes harm to you or those around you.

Tools Available: The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available directly within your zf777 Account settings, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR.

• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic warnings or forced logouts after a defined playing duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, your Account remains open but gaming activity is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely block access to your Account and all zf777 services. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and will be enforced for the full duration selected. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of zf777.

Any trademarks, logos, or service marks of third-party game providers displayed on the zf777 Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under the terms of supplier agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zf777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided therein, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or promotional information that are corrected after the fact in accordance with these Terms.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit zf777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The zf777 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". zf777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes beyond what is guaranteed by independent certification, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

zf777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the zf777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and where consent has been given, direct marketing communications. zf777 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active withdrawal holds are in place.

Suspension or Closure by zf777: zf777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has registered while under the age of 21.
• The Player is subject to an active self-exclusion order from zf777 or another platform where zf777 has been notified.

In cases of termination for cause, zf777 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is ultimately established, any withheld balance will be returned within 30 calendar days.

zf777 is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. If you have a dispute or complaint relating to the Platform, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your Account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any transaction reference numbers. zf777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior compliance officer by replying to the original complaint thread. Escalated complaints will receive a final written response within 14 calendar days.
3. Step 3 — External Resolution: If the complaint remains unresolved after the internal escalation process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body indicated in zf777's applicable gaming licence. During any open dispute, zf777 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the disputed funds. This hold does not affect any other funds held in your Account that are not the subject of the dispute.

zf777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes — meaning changes that substantively affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, or by prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates required by regulatory guidance, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notice.

Your continued use of the zf777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 12 above.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page supersedes all prior versions. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zf777 holds its applicable gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in zf777's licence documentation, which is available upon request.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the zf777 Platform shall be conducted in the jurisdiction specified above, and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for such purposes.

Nothing in this clause shall limit zf777's right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude zf777 from taking proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.
